As the school has to make regular instalments to JCA, the office will contact parents/guardians if payments are not made by the above dates.

Cancellation charge per paying child

98 days prior to departure: 60% of total trip cost for the individual £125.54 )

28 days prior to departure: 80% of total trip cost for the individual (£167.38)

14 days to departure date: 100% of total trip cost for the individual (£209.23)

To make the residential visit viable we need a minimum of 40 children to attend.

I agree to make the payments on the dates that have been set. We will inform you if the residential trip will go ahead, this is dependent on a minimum of 40 children attending. Thank you for completing the form.
